Customer Satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it. To receive a full refund for defective or damaged products, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. If a product can not be replaced due to availability, a similar agreed upon product may be substituted of equal value. Seller pays for return shipping unless item arrives damaged.

The Restoring Process
Disassembly: When restoring a product, we first start by disassembling the product apart to inspect all parts for damage (varies by product)
Sanitation: The exterior of the product is wiped of major marks, dust particles, etc are removed using proper disinfectants. Next a high pressurize air is used to help remove dust and other unwanted particles from the interior.
Data wipe: All data is wiped from the product completely. This prevents personal information from being passed on to the next owner.
Repairs, replacement, and reassembly: Not all products will need repairs or replacement. However, if the product was previously damaged or is missing parts, the issues will be resolved during the restoring process. problems. Cosmetic repairs will also be made when needed.
Testing and quality control: Before a restored product is resold, it must be thoroughly tested for quality. The product must be restored to a borderline “like new" condition, inside and out for us to pass the product.
